HELP BRING US TO THE MARCH 2020 TOURNAMENT

Our CAN Vancouver Orcas Hockey Team thanks you for your support!

In March 2020, we hope to participate in an adapted hockey tournament with 10 other adapted hockey teams from across the province.

This annual event is the only tournament in BC to bring adapted hockey teams together to experience the excitement and sportsmanship of tournament play.

While Canucks Autism Network (CAN) oversees the weekly seasonal hockey program leading up to the tournament, the players' families hope to also provide the team with a hockey tournament experience. Funds raised will support tournament expenses including accommodation, travel and other costs, as well as yearly social activities that provide team bonding experiences. Historically, the Club has needed to raise approximately $16,000 to travel to the provincial adapted tournament.

This tournament is an incredible opportunity for our players. Thanks to supporters like you, the players are learning athletic skills, team work, communication skills, resiliency, all while having fun.
